3.Personal information held by us consists of all information provided for each application, credit information obtained with the consent of the applicant, mortgage payment history information, and information obtained during collection processes.
4.This information is used by us and our affiliates only for the purposes listed in our Client Consents (for Privacy Protection and Other) form, and Mortgage Commitment forms. These include managing our mortgage portfolios, selling mortgages, conducting market analyses, advising clients of services we make available that may interest them and managing our relationship with our clients. Clients who do not wish to receive notices of other services should please contact us at the address below. Mortgage sales include transfers of client information necessary for servicing each mortgage and for collection proceedings.
5.No personal information is disclosed to third parties except as consented to by each client, or as permitted or required by law.
6.You may request access to your personal information held by us, or request a change in your consent to our use of your personal information, by contacting our Privacy Compliance Officer.
